What makes ULT Tuition unique?
All our teaching materials and curriculum are carefully developed in-house, rather than simply providing past papers without feedback. We view every student as unique, focusing on personalized instruction and constructive feedback to build academic confidence step by step. Our teaching team consists of PhD researchers and experienced educators with both international and local expertise.
How do I make payments? Is full payment required?
We currently accept bank transfers and cash payments. As we maintain a boutique teaching model with limited class sizes and carefully selected tutors, we require upfront payment for 10 lessons per cycle to secure a place.
What services are included in the program?
Our standard package includes regular lessons, in-house developed learning materials, and detailed marking and evaluation of assignments. For each cycle, students receive complimentary learning materials, marking, and evaluation.
Can I get a refund if my child cannot continue?
We confirm suitability before enrolling. If unforeseen circumstances arise, we offer refunds for remaining lessons, with discounts removed and fees recalculated at standard rates. For scheduling conflicts, we recommend postponing rather than cancelling to ensure continuity and the best results. *
Who are the courses designed for?
Our programs are designed for students in Years 7–13, covering NCEA and Cambridge (A Level) curricula. They are ideal for students seeking clear academic pathways, competition preparation, or scholarship opportunities.
Are lessons online or in-person?
We offer both small-group and one-on-one classes online, and some are available in person to suit each family’s preferences.
*T&C Our tuition fees include a complete learning package: lesson hours, in‑house learning materials, assignment marking, and progress evaluations. Current enrollments benefit from a promotion where materials, marking, and evaluations are complimentary with lesson payment. If a refund is requested before all lessons are completed, the refund will be calculated by reverting used lessons to the standard rate and deducting the value of any complimentary services already provided, with the remaining balance refunded. This ensures that promotions apply only to students who complete the cycle while maintaining a high level of service quality.
